We go in-depth into:

  • How to add different fillings without your brownies collapsing

  • How to properly cut your brownie without it sticking all over to your knife… ruining the appearance you worked so hard for!


French Breads Baking Workshop:

We will show you the science of what makes a good French loaf, how to make it healthy, and how to achieve different crusts.

In our workshop, we will teach you how to make Crusty Wholemeal Bread, Rustic Mixed Grained Bread, and Fresh Home Made French Loaf.

As well as 2 different shapes- Baguette and Batard.


Marble Cake and Sea Salts Cookies Baking Workshop:

Our Marble Cake with Nutella Filling and Monster Sea Salt Hershey’s Cookies used to be our HOTTEST class.

Reason being the class is beginner friendly and you can make 2 delicious treats that everyone loves.

We go in-depth into how to prevent common mistakes, how to achieve a melt in your mouth marble cake, and choosing the right sea salt for your cookies.


Sweet Buns Baking Workshop:

If this is your first baking class, this class will teach you the basics of bread making and how to elevate them.

In the workshop, we will cover the basic fundamentals of how to create soft and fluffy sweet buns and experiment adding toppings such as cinnamon sugar all the way to chocolate chips.

As well as how to proof and knead your dough, have accurate proofing timings, and experiment with your creativity.


Focaccia Baking Class
